  My husband bought a Stihl brand chainsaw from this establishment. People PLEASE check your equipment before you leave the store. An employee removed the chainsaws air filter to sell to a very good customer, because they were out of stock. The employee(s) failed to replace the air filter before they sold the chainsaw. My husband has been breaking the engine in for the past few days without an air filter! Called Heritage Lumber and they acted as if this was no big deal; the filter would be waiting on the counter. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. Spend the gas money and go somewhere that appreciates your business. Also, they're only open until 12pm on Saturday, which is very inconvenient for people needing repairs over the weekend(45 minutes to next hardware store). They cater to contractors not homeowners.
